We price every job individually. Our quote is based on a cost per sq metre. Before we start any work you will be given the total price for the installation.
We can install new guttering and fascia panels where required. You will be notified after a site survey on the condition of existing panels and guttering.
Yes, skips are hired, used and removed whilst our fitters are on site. If a skip is not required we remove all rubbish. Any debris is swept and site tidied before we go, leaving you with a tidy job, top to bottom!
We’ll make you roof temporarily watertight as soon as you’ve ordered a roof from us. All jobs are booked in and customers kept informed of their position on our waiting list by our secretary.
We’ll assess it in the site survey and advise what needs to be protected or moved before any work is started.
Payment will be due when all the works are complete, We do not ask for deposits in advance of the works.
In order to protect your property and the integrity of the work to be carried out we will only work on your roof during dry weather.
